That's where this started. In years of understanding (from the inside) exactly how blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, and hormones interact in a T1 body. I earned my B.Sc. in Motion Science, worked with Strong&Flex, studied under Wolfgang Unsöldt and helped 110+ women around the world get results that years of personal trainers and diet plans couldn't deliver.
